Following the opening of Sacred Space with smudging and a Medicine Wheel blessing, Veronica will guide you through the ceremony offering you a meditation and the anointing with Sacred Blue Lotus Oil to attune to its vibratory frequency and spirit essence. You will receive a cup of ceremonial grade Cacao and Veronica's Blue Lotus extract - prepared following the ancient ways - with the invitation to quietly tune into yourself and set an intention which will be imbued in your sacred drink as you are connecting with the Plant Spirits in deep reverence. Veronica Nilah will encourage you to pay attention to what is happening for you and remain present while you surrender into a profound journey with Sacred Sounds. Re-emerging from the sound journey we will collectively acknowledge the medicine of our shared experience and close the circle with a giving of thanks and restoration of your personal energetic field.
Held on the 21st of December the Winter Solstice, we’ll dive deep into the darkness of the primordial waters to then rise up with the light becoming the Lotus.

PREPARING FOR THE CEREMONY
Important information:
It is recommended that you don’t eat or keep a light diet before the ceremony.
The Blue Lotus plant extract contains a low percent of alcohol just like any herbal extract or Flower Essence, the dose used will be small but please let me know if you cannot consume alcohol.
Please check for any contraindication with your medications or let me know.
Please inform me prior the ceremony if you are pregnant, you will be able to attend consuming a lower portion of Cacao but not consume the Blue Lotus tincture. You can still work with the Spirit of the Plant very effectively.
Please keep from consuming alcohol on the day and night of the ceremony.
