Veronica Nilah is a Mystic Artist, Sound, Plant Spirit and Energy Healer, Ceremonialist and Mistress of the Sacred Oils; a holistic therapist with 18 yrs of professional practice.
Veronica is the founder of Sothis Temple, a space devoted to healing, spiritual transformation, and remembrance of the Soul’s true essence. Her work supports others in reconnecting with their inner knowing, restoring energetic alignment, and reclaiming their authentic self.
A multidisciplinary holistic therapist with 18 years of professional practice, Veronica weaves together energy healing, Sacred Oils, Plant Spirit Healing, shamanic practices, sound healing, and ritual ceremony in both individual and group experiences. Her work is rooted in Ancient Wisdom traditions, Egyptian Mysteries, inner alchemy, and direct spiritual revelation. Blue Lotus flowers sustainably produced with care and dedication in rainfed ponds thanks to the Thai sun, carefully harvested by hands. This flowers are cultivate, grown and harvest in a family owned ponds in a natural way without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides according to the organic principles. The ponds are dedicated and under control by Thai families.
The Blue Lotus available to us today is the Thai Nymphaea specie and not the Nymphaeae caerulea native to Egypt.

For tea: 1 flower = between 1 to 3 cups depending on strenght of tea required.
How to prepare: pour pure, hot water (180F), over a flower and keep it submerged for 3+ mins. When the infusion is ready, enjoy hot or chilled.
One flower will give you up to 3 cups of tea, or you can refill with hot water few more times and prepare more infusion.
