Followed by a transformative 5Rhythms journey, exploring rhythmic movement as a gateway to personal growth, self-transformation & creative expression.

Grounded by a profound relaxation & meditation in our Sound Bath, where therapeutic sound promotes deep healing.

The event promises a blend of spiritual practice, creative expression, and healing, creating a space for individuals to embrace their true essence and embark on a path of self-discovery.

PROGRAMME:

CACAO CEREMONY:
During our Cacao Ceremony you will experience a sacred journey, connecting mind, body, and spirit through this ancient, heart-opening ritual.

5RHYTHMS:
Facilitated by Yiannis Thrasyvoulou. a certified 5Rhythms teacher with a decade of dance experience, passionately guides others on their movement journey of self-discovery. He wholeheartedly believes in the power of movement as a way of reminding us of our true essence: that we are all creative, wild and free and have a huge capacity to love and be loved.

SOUND BATH:
Guided by Veronica (Sothis Temple), a certified sound healer and plant spirit ceremonialist
who will offer a unique multisensory soundscape experiences bringing the healing power of sound and art into ritual and ceremony.

Please arrive on time, so we can start the ceremony together! We will provide yoga mats and blankets, however you are welcome to bring your own. Water will be available at the venue.
